Antonia "Toni" Reason is a nationally recognized consultant, executive leader, and speaker with over 24 years of experience transforming organizations across juvenile justice, corrections, and public sector settings. As Founder and CEO of Women of Reason, Inc., she served as Deputy Secretary of Operations overseeing 10 facilities, achieved 100% PREA and ACA compliance, and reduced staff injuries by 55%. Harvard Business School certified. Maryland Top 100 Women honoree, New York City Top 40 Under 40 recipient.

My journey started began on the frontline of juvenile justice- not in a boardroom, but in the trenches of public service where leadership truly matters.
Earning my way to Deputy Secretary of Operation, I learned that systems don't transform themselves. People do. Leaders do.
I founded Women of Reason, Inc, because I saw too many talented women-especially in public service -leading without support, recognition, or a roadmap to their next level.
That changes now.
